Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately receive, pick, pack, and dispatch a wide variety of products in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Sort, label, and scan items using handheld scanners, ensuring they are allocated to the correct locations for storage or distribution
- Load and unload products onto delivery vehicles, adhering to set guidelines and safety procedures
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and promptly report any discrepancies or damaged goods
- Assist with general warehouse duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and meet customer requirements
- Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any health and safety concerns or incidents, promptly seeking necessary assistance
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, involving heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within specified deadlines
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with handheld scanners or inventory management systems
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with team members and supervisors
- A proactive and reliable work ethic, displaying a positive attitude and strong commitment to meeting team objectives
