Workchain is currently looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client in Reading. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock control and management
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Use of warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts (if licensed)

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
