Workchain is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client in Telford. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising production staff and assigning tasks
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock management
- Managing inbound and outbound shipments
- Implementing and maintaining health and safety standards
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures
- Conducting regular staff training and performance evaluations
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse, production, galvanising supervisor/management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Health and safety training and certifications preferred
