Workchain is currently seeking an experienced Welder to work with one of our clients, a leading Technical company in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a permanent full-time job opportunity that is available immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG and TIG welding of both mild and stainless steel components according to engineering drawings, diagrams, and work instructions

• Interpret technical drawings and fabricate components as per specifications

• Work with a variety of hand and power tools to finish products

• Quality check and ensure the accuracy of completed components

• Operate welding equipment and ensure safety at work

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have prior welding experience in MIG and TIG welding of both mild and stainless steel (minimum of 2 years)

• Must be able to interpret technical drawings and fabricate components as per specifications

• Knowledge of welding equipment and tools

• Have an eye for detail and work with precision

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Must possess relevant qualifications in welding

Pay rate:

The successful Welder will get a competitive pay rate of between £12.00 to £13.00 per hour and will work full-time hours.
