Job Title: Printing/ Machine Operative Location: Derby Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Industry: Industrial Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour Shifts: Rotating shifts - Week 1: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Week 2: 11:00 am to 8:00 pmWe are seeking a temp to perm Printing/ Machine Operative to join our client in Derby. In this role, you will support the manufacturing and production process within the industrial sector.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment</li><li>Assemble and package products according to specifications</li><li>Monitor the production line to ensure smooth operation including the finishing</li><li>Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet standards</li><li>Must have a good eye for details and be able to multi task</li><li>Follow all health and safety regulations</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li><li>Be flexible with every day being a little different</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in production or printing and operating machinery in a similar environment is preferred </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions</li></ul>This position operates on a rotating shift pattern, with Week 1 shifts running from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and Week 2 shifts from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.If this opportunity interests you, please apply directly on our website at workchain.co.uk by completing the online application form.
