There are no set up costs to join Libra. It is also completely free to run your recruitment agency on Libra until you earn more than £500 per week. So, as long as you stay under this weekly threshold, we will provide your business finance, software, payroll, invoicing and much more free of charge.

If you exceed the £500 threshold, our fees are then based on the profits that you generate.

As a Libra Partner, you’ll be operating under the Workchain brand. So, your clients and workers will see you as a representative of Workchain. Think of it as like being a seller on Amazon.

However, we would always recommend setting up your own limited company to receive your payments from us as this can provide you with additional tax advantages. You can set up a limited company for £12. It takes under 24 hours.

No. In order to set up a Libra Partnership you will need a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in the recruitment industry. You can operate in any recruitment sector depending on your expertise.

You won’t need to register for VAT from the beginning. However, your business will need to be registered for VAT once your turnover exceeds the £85,000 per annum threshold.

You don’t need to worry about this, though, as we will handle this on your behalf once you’re up and running.

Our set up process is a fast as 24 hours. After our initial discussion we will issue our contract to you for your perusal and digital signature. You will then be given access to our recruitment system and we will book you in for a training session or two. But, as soon as you have access to the system you’re good to go.

Whatever you earn on Libra in a given month is paid within a couple of day’s of the end of that month. So, if you got started in, say, June, your first earnings would be paid into your designated bank account by 5th July.
