How has your first year been with Libra?

It has been tough at times but it has been more rewarding than when I ever worked for a Recruitment Agency.

Has being a Libra Partner made any differences to your lifestyle?

Yes a big difference. I have been able to buy things where in the past I would worry if I could afford it. Now I have a good idea of my earnings simply by reviewing how many workers I have on assignment. This gives me peace of mind and comfort when it comes to planning ahead.

What were the obstacles to starting out on your own?

The only obstacle is how much effort you put into it. If you are prepared to do whatever it takes to be successful then it will happen. Previously I have worked two jobs, now I am in a position where I can have more free time and know I am making good money and working less hours.

How did you find the setup process, and making the switch to Libra?

The setup was very easy to be honest you don't need to be an IT expert to understand and navigate around the Workchain platform.

What would you say about your earnings on Libra?

The earning potentially is as much or as little as you make it. It's that simple. It didn't take me long to get my earnings up to £1,400 a week. I am now earning more through Libra than I ever did in the world of employment.

What's your favourite thing about being self-employed with Libra?

The main thing for me being self-employed is that I work the hours I want and have my life back for my kids, going to the gym and lots of other things, plus there is a lot less stress and big rewards. There is always support when you need it and anything you don't know they will explain. It's having the benefits of self-employment but at the same time there is a support structure there when you need it.

What differences has our software made to how you work?

The software has made my life much easier, the online tools speed up a lot of the processes. My clients love the system too, they can rate and favourite workers and even send booking requests through the system.

Any tips or advice for somebody who is considering starting up on Libra?

You have to want it and be prepared to put in the first few months all the hard work to get things up and running. If you are going to be one who gets up at 10am, checks emails every few hours and hope that people will call you it won't work.

However, after a few months of hard graft and putting in the hours the results will come and so will the money. This has been a life changing experience for me and I would just say stick at it because it is worth it. You cannot have the lifestyle and money achievable with Libra in a 9-5 job. Here you can have it all, money, freedom and security for the future. The worst thing you can do is not try and have the regret of not doing it. I'll admit I was hesitant to start with but I am so grateful I did it and now I couldn't see myself doing anything else.
