Workchain is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Production Operative to join our client's team in Bilston. This is a temporary position in the industrial industry, offering a competitive pay rate of £12.21 per hour. This role is working from 0800 - 1630 MONDAY TO FRIDAY. It is working for a commercial cooking equipment company you will be required to strip down and check over fridges, ovens and then put them back together.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Assembling products according to production specifications
- Quality control checks on finished products
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as required
